Kokua MHW Group

Gino Titus-Luciano, LMHC

Chief Executive Officer

Gino Titus-Luciano serves as Chief Executive Officer of Kokua Mental Health & Wellness Group, where he provides organizational leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for the practice. Since Kokua’s growth from an individual practice into a broader behavioral health organization, he has focused on building the infrastructure, partnerships, and clinical systems needed to expand access to high-quality mental health care throughout Hawaii.

Under his leadership, Kokua MHW Group has continued to grow through collaboration with state, federal, and nonprofit partners, as well as through the development of services designed to meet the evolving needs of Hawaii’s communities. This work has included navigating contracts, strengthening referral pathways, supporting compliance and administrative systems, and ensuring that services are delivered in a manner that is ethical, responsive, and sustainable.

Gino has also helped guide Kokua’s expansion by building a diverse clinical team with varied training backgrounds, specialties, and lived experience. This has allowed the practice to better serve individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, and adults across a broad range of needs. Kokua’s growth has included expanded therapy services, medication management, and integrated support for clients who benefit from coordinated behavioral health care.

A significant part of Kokua’s development has also been the creation and growth of its internship and training program. Through this program, Kokua supports emerging clinicians as they develop professional skills, strengthen clinical judgment, and gain experience serving Hawaii’s communities. This reflects Gino’s commitment not only to client care, but also to workforce development and the long-term sustainability of the behavioral health field.

In his administrative role, Gino oversees practice development, provider support, program implementation, contract management, compliance priorities, community partnerships, and service expansion. His leadership is centered on creating a practice environment where clients can access timely and thoughtful care, clinicians are supported in doing meaningful and sustainable work, and programs are responsive to both community needs and system-level demands.

As CEO, Gino remains committed to strengthening Kokua MHW Group’s organizational foundation while expanding its reach. His work is guided by a focus on access, accountability, collaboration, cultural responsiveness, and practical systems that allow both clients and providers to thrive.
