Counseling & therapeutic services for
Individuals, couples & families

Together we can alleviate challenges, discover new skills,
and establish goals for change and growth.

About Us

There are many reasons to seek counseling; you are feeling anxious, hurt, or may not yet be able to identify something that doesn’t feel quite right in your life. For whatever reason, we are here to help you navigate the spaces that appear complex, ambiguous, and daunting. Research suggests that the decision to seek counseling in and of itself can indicate a person’s capacity and capability to heal. Together, we will work to alleviate the challenges in your life, discover new skills, and establish goals for both change and growth.

Our philosophy for treatment rests on the belief that the therapeutic relationship is the preeminent vehicle to a corrective emotional experience. We approach our work as both facilitators and partners who will guide you through areas of struggle and explore solutions to work through the challenging moments and empower healing.

What We Do

Individual Therapy

Individual counseling and therapy, sometimes referred to as psychotherapy, talk therapy, or clinical treatment, is a process through which we work together one-on-one. We will create a safe, caring, and confidential environment for you to explore your past experiences , immediate or future concerns. We will work toward your personal goals and help eliminate or control troubling symptoms so you can increase daily functioning and increase well-being and healing.

Couples Therapy

Couples counseling and therapy, also known as marriage counseling, involves the exploration of any conflicts between you and your partner.  Couples counseling, also known as marriage counseling, is a type of counseling for intimate partners. It involves exploration of any conflicts between you and your partner, it is often short term, and focuses on specific problems.   In couples therapy, the process may address a condition such as anxiety or depression of one or both partners and how that condition impacts the relationship and is often follows a mid to long-term track of service.

Family Therapy

Family therapy can help you improve troubled relationships with your partner, children or other family members. Together, we address specific issues such as marital or financial problems, conflict between parents and children, or the impact of substance abuse or a mental illness on the entire family.

Your family may pursue family therapy along with other types of mental health treatment, especially if one of you has a mental illness or addiction that also requires additional therapy or rehabilitation treatment

Family therapy can be useful in any family situation that causes stress, grief, anger or conflict. It can help you and your family members understand one another better and learn coping skills to bring you closer together.

Psychological Testing

Psychological tests and other assessment tools measure and observe behaviors to arrive at a diagnosis and guide treatment. These services can be available for continuous client or those seeking one-time testing services .
